Our dear friends Matty and Kristy came up from Dunedin in the weekend! Matty and Krisy are getting married on the 2nd January in Gore (I am super excited for them + I get to be a bridesmaid!!! woop woop! I will have camera on hand though.)
We talked marriage, soaked in the Tekapo hot pools and had a great time catching up and planning the wedding ceremony.
We had a small window of opportunity to take a few fun engagement photos just before they left-
Kristy and Matty have heaps of fun together and are best friends.

We found an empty car park with great conifer trees- the perfect height for being a bit silly in.

We then slowed things down a bit and got a bit more in the mood- I love these ones

I recently had the great privilege of photographing the super fun, gorgeous and immensely talented Miss Hana Fahy!

Hana is releasing her album in a few weeks at The “On the Horizon” concert at the Regent Theater on Saturday 2nd May 7.30pm, in Dunedin. This gig is bursting with fabulous musicians and bands from the highly talented Dunedin music scene.  The “On the Horizon” concert is also an album release of the same name . This album is a compilation of songs and performances of the musicians.

Matt Langley, The Fea St Hustle, Tono, Julian Temple, Hana Fahy, The Paper Planes, The Alpha State, Matt Bodman, Andy Gibson, Alastair Burns, Nadia Reid, Kristin Macdonald, Sunley, Raylee Bradfield, Tim McCartney and Casey Sharpe feature on the album and many of these artists will be in concert.

But this post is specifically about Hana… so

Hana was an easy subject… oozing sweetness and cuteness and heaps of fun. Her music is anything but cute however- it is absolutely divine.  Think soulful, jazzy, bluesy,strong and smooth and you are on the right track.
